Description

ZSHWJ/ZDRWJ/ZSHWF/ZDRWF series lined butterfly valves, with good corrosion resistance and a long life span, are suitable for corrosive applications, such as sulfuric acid, phosphoric acid, hydrofluoric acid, chlorine, alkali, aqua regia, and other strong corrosive media.

Features

Rubber-lined butterfly valve lined with EPDM has very strong corrosion resistance and erosion resistance capability with long service life. The disc material is duplex stainless steel, such as 2205, 1.4529, and so on, which have extremely strong resistance to chlorine ion corrosion (resistance to chloride ion 40000ppm), high surface hardness, and strong comprehensive mechanical properties, especially for slurry application. Austenitic stainless steel can also be used according to the working condition. The disc and resilient EPDM sealing combination realize bubble-tight sealing. The connection is a wafer.

Fluorine lined butterfly valve lined with PTFE, the elastomer back-up pads behind the liner ensure a tight fit around the disc for a tight bubble shut-off. With advantages of easy operation, good sealing performance, long service life, and quickly shut off or control feature. The split body design is not only easy to replace shaft but also easy to adjust sealing performance. The connection is a wafer.
